Power equipment are another line of our provided equipment. We were looking forward to it as a horizontal product development and as a result, we made a valuable network of suppliers and providers in all related products of this type. We could provide AC/DC rectifiers with requested output voltages from 12V up to 36V, batteries from 2V to 48V and with different capacities intended for different requirements of data centers or small sites. Stabilizers and UPSs have been added to this basket of products, as they were needed by our clients. We could make several after-sales and support contracts with different suppliers and right now we are one of the large providers of these products in the region.

Education platform
This platform is a virtual learning full-featured ecosystem for students, which is the largest platform of this kind in the MENA region. More than 20 concurrent users used the system during the pandemic time. It has proved its scalability and functionality during that high season.

Digital wallet
Innovative payment services
To provide innovative payment services, collaborate with other businesses, and create a unified wallet across all its platforms, the EWANO wallet has been developed. EWANO wallet offers features to companies and organizations, as well as the mass market and end customers. It can integrate into different platforms through APIs and SDKs, allowing businesses to focus on their main business goals and development, and forget about handling payments and financial subsystem requirements. The wallet can be used for buying and selling services and products from merchants, and it also provides payments and financial transactions within the open-loop network of users. The payments and wallet credits can be backed by physical cards and bank accounts, connected to the wallet.
The EWANO wallet serves as the core payment method in the EWANO app with cash gateway, credit gateway, and QR code payment methods. It also provides purchases and withdrawals for welfare and social support payments and purchases, online shopping, and operator services. Additionally, this wallet stores and displays the balances of various connected accounts and other financial systems, all gathered in one point of access.

The trend toward opening platforms and resources among telecom operators, especially after the last generation of network technologies and communication systems is imposing new models and value structure to the ecosystem. The concern of not being a dumb pipe for data, and as price competitions are reducing the profit margins for the operators, and the OTT services are the final winners of the value chain and are taking the main stake from it, operators are facing a new struggle of engaging more actively in the value chain. The most successful cases are not based on the legacy approach of providing services directly by the operator, or the legacy VAS model which would threaten the brand and quality of service. On the other hand, the monetization of most operator resources is now a concern, as there is a considerable unallocated capacity in the traditional voice, SMS, and payment channels of the MNO.
Based on this understanding of the technology trend, Partnet, invested in developing solutions that will facilitate telco with managed access to its resources through the operator’s APIs and other interfaces. In this way, the operator will be assured about security, utilization network stability, and security, whilst it can share the resources with 3rd party developers and enable them to monetize the assets of the operator.
This openness of resources should be enriched with some enablers to independent and small-scale app developers and service providers, which always have the issue of managing backend resources; this is based on the rich experience of our group in OTT and VAS service provision in international markets. So, some features were added to the basic API gateway product to make it an enabler for the 3rd party service developers and the whole ecosystem of app developers. With this approach, we can make sure the platform will span from enterprise clients to independent developers and startups. The final product definition is an API gateway that will provide access to internal operator resources, bundled with some APIs from external enterprises, and some tools for mobile app developers (CMS, VoD backend, push notification engine, analytics…), which could be defined as telco API Marketplace, which best describes our ecosystem-oriented approach.

Digishee and Pinket are two products developed based on online services and e-commerce. The ease of buying products online and creating an integrated structure are other features of these applications.
